Ideas are really hard to come by in a group, so most of the time founders have ideas on their own before bringing people in to discuss. What if you haven't been able to build a team yet?

There are so many things that you can do alone, but a team allows you to go further |
It takes time and effort to convince people around you to join your project, and to be honest people rarely stick with you for a long time if they're better paid elsewhere. So why bother spending energy when you could very well proceed alone, if not as fast as with a strong team?
Yet the strength of your team is a critical point when it comes to evaluating a startup for a jury at a competition, in a venture fund or an incubator. It's also the number 1 reason for startup failure. If you want to go far, invest in a good team and make it grow.
