Yet make sure you take time for yourself in all the key areas you need, i.e. at least:
- physical: to be sure your body stays in shape
- social: be cause your friends are the most important ones
- mental: stimulate your brain to keep it sharp
- spiritual: whatever your views, acknowledge there's something above you
Don't just tire yourself restlessly!
