Too many of us don't know how to say no. It's true it makes you feel bad as it may bring you bad looks. It's true it's a pain when people say no to you.
Saying no may not be in your culture, may make you feel uncomfortable, but be honest. It's actually worse not to do it in the end. Consider an alternative: I'm sorry I won't be able to do it before next month.
