If you're taking part in a meeting, make sure you really make a difference to it. I'm not saying you should spend all your time in meetings, but in all those you attend you should be proactive.
What should you do?
- Keep eye contact, align your talking speed to other people.
- Ask questions, include people who speak less than others, suggest to invite others in further meetings.
- Have fun in the meeting until all issues are cleared. If no more issues are raised, ask to move on.
