Description
I'm a trained physiotherapist and I'm offering baby massage lessons for new parents who want to learn how to massage their baby themselves. An introduction session is available at a low price and the whole training takes 5 encounters. A website offers information and downloads.
Target audience
New parents love to spend time with their newborn to create a special bond. They can pay for the service by themselves or receive it as a gift from their friends and family.
Revenues
The service can be paid in advance and extras (like oil and additional sessions) can be purchased during the sessions. A book will be made to illustrate how to do the massage at home.
Strategy
Start with the website, communicate to friends and families, enrich the website with customer feedback.
