The leader's shoes aren't always very comfortable |
Talking to engineers, they often feel they're doing all the work. Exhausted, they have no more energy for anything else than their job.
Talking to marketing people, they often feel they're not heard, despite having ideas and the knowledge of the market.
All share the feeling of doing it all by themselves... So that's your opportunity if you have an idea: embrace leadership and distribute responsibilities across people in a way they will see the consequence if their positive actions. That will encourage them to do more and be proud of it.
