Do you take time for yourself?

When you're busy, it's easy to forget about yourself or your close ones. Focused on your work, you have one priority in mind and that's what works best.

Remember to work regularly rather than in stressful bursts... and to take regular time for yourself too


Yet make sure you take time for yourself in all the key areas you need, i.e. at least:

  1. physical: to be sure your body stays in shape
  2. social: be cause your friends are the most important ones
  3. mental: stimulate your brain to keep it sharp
  4. spiritual: whatever your views, acknowledge there's something above you


Don't just tire yourself restlessly!
