Develop and sell abroad

It's not enough to stay in your comfort zone, your language, your culture: if you want your project to succeed you need to cross borders.

If you want to sell globally, get to know your market and competitors well

Design your project so that it can scale from the beginning and test new markets as soon as possible. You never know where growth is going to be.

Did I mention growth was what you should be looking for as a small business? Well slow growth means slow death, that's as simple as that.
