"Yes, I guess so" says the cunning girl
"OK, now let's negotiate the price!" says the millionaire

Would you sleep for 1 million dollars?

We all have a psychological barrier to things but there's always a way to levy the block to new opportunities. It takes different things for different people, the trick's to find it quickly enough and without being forceful.

A negotiated price is the result of this process, both sides being OK to find a compromise under certain circumstances. Well done, it's a great victory and an opportunity for many more deals.
