Who's your first customer?

It may happen that you spend a lot of time designing the best service and the most advanced product. However it's only useful if you have someone to purchase it in the end.

Make sure your product has a real value... and that your customer eventually pays for it!
Try to do less development and more customer hunting. If you're starting from scratch, you'll have to look for your first paying user.
Look around you, ask your family, friends, remember anyone could potentially become your first customer. They just have to agree to paying for the exclusivity of being the first!
